- 2 Tbsp. tahini
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (preferably our Chili Olive Oil)
- 1 lime (optional)
- 1 lime (at least 2 tablespoons)
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic (jarred is fine)
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- olive oil (additional, about 1 teaspoon)
- 4 flour tortillas (6-inch, feel free to make more!)
- 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil (Garlic olive oil, if you have it)
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 pinches table salt
