  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (preferably our Chili Olive Oil)
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lime (at least 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic (jarred is fine)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • olive oil (additional, about 1 teaspoon)
  • 4 flour tortillas (6-inch, feel free to make more!)
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil (Garlic olive oil, if you have it)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 pinches table salt
