- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 onion (medium, finely chopped)
- 2 small carrots (chopped)
- 1 stick celery (finely chopped)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 100 grams fresh spinach (chopped)
- 300 grams green cabbage (finely chopped)
- 500 mL vegetable stock (I use Kallo)
- 2 Tbsp. vegan Worcestershire sauce (or mushroom ketchup)
- 2 Tbsp. tomato puree
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. agave nectar
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 300 grams cauliflower (steamed)
- 300 grams potatoes (steamed)
- 2 Tbsp. vegan margarine (or vitalite, your choice)
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
