I liked it except for the tomato, I will leave it out next go around and see if this texture will satisfy my personal taste. I left out the lime and added garlic powder.

Try this accompanied with a grilled meat like marinated chicken or steak! We did with a 2-day marinated smoked tri-tip and roasted potatoes. So good!
