- 1 large egg (or flax egg*)
- 2/3 cup cooked corn
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. chipotles in adobo (minced)
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 cup rolled oats (ground into crumbs)
- 1 cup nonfat greek yogurt (or reduced fat)
- 2 tsp. chipotles in adobo (minced, + 1 teaspoon adobo sauce from the can)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. honey
- 8 hamburger rolls (multigrain, lightly toasted)
