This was so good. I did substitute rice for the quinoa since we don’t really like it. I served it with guacamole and homemade salsa, my son said it was his favorite. Next time I will put the burritos in the oven or panini press instead of using butter. I will be making again.

This was so much more delicious than I expected! I will definitely make it again! I used yellow rice instead of quinoa, yum! Don't forget the sour cream!

Since my tortillas were a bit smaller, I turned these into quesadillas instead of burritos.

Very tasty, I added rice and used sharp cheddar instead of Monterey, was super tastyyyy

Good, but a bit light on spices. Added lime juice, cumin, replaced half the pepper with a jalapeño with seeds and two more without.

I had changed up this recipe a bit to use what I had on hand, but this was absolutely delicious! I used small cubed tofu, and rice instead of quinoa. This was so flavourful and filling we are making it a go-to recipe

Excellent! Added a little taco seasoning (tsp) which added a little more spice along with a half fresh jalepeno. Served with guac.

Followed the recipe except used rice instead of quinoa! So yummy! Will definitely make it again 😋

Awesome! I added cumin & a bit more garlic. Topped it off with salsa verde. This was a hit with hubby. Will add this to one of our favorites!!

The meal turned out delicious! I did add a bit more paprika and chili powder for a little more flavor but I think it would be fine without it too I will be making it again!
