I think this recipe calls for too much bread crumbs and not enough liquid ,as I added 2 eggs and they still fell apart.They did taste ok tho.I don't know if I'd make them again due to time it takes to make these burgers with having to gathering ,cutting,put everything in the food processor in batches and cooking plantains 😫
