- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 cup baking chocolate (vegan, chopped into small-ish pieces or vegan chocolate chips)
- 1/2 cup soy (based whipping/heavy cream)
- 1/8 cup coconut sugar (plus 1 scant teaspoon)
- 1/4 tsp. agar agar (powder)
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (liquid, or 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla sugar)
- 1 Tbsp. raspberry (powder)
- 1 pinch black salt (kala namak)
- table sugar (White, for the top/brulée)
