- 1/4 cup green onions (chopped)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. worchestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rub (spice)
- salt
- pepper (to taste)
- 2 egg yolks (very cold)
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup chicken fat (Fatworks)
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 2 tsp. chipotle peppers in adobo sauce (chopped)
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp. minced garlic
- salt (to taste)
- 4 cups tallow (Fatworks Beef, & Duck Fat combo, I used about 60% beef and 40% duck)
- 6 cups sweet potatoes (spiralized, heres a cheap and simple spiralizer)
