- 170 grams dark brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 115 grams Biscoff (spread, about ½ a cup)
- 1 pinch salt
- 130 grams flour
- 1/2 baking powder (a teaspoon)
- 100 grams white chocolate (chopped, increase this amount a bit if you like – about ½ to 1 cup)

Made these into 42 blondie bites by cutting them smaller and they were delicious! I also used a mixture of demerera sugar and caster sugar and it still worked perfectly.
