- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. rum (cognac or any dessert liquor)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 7 grams gelatin (1 pack, +1/4 cup cold water, mixed set aside)
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar (+ 1/4 cup of water)
- 2 Tbsp. cocoa powder (sifted)
- 3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. rum (or cognac, optional)
