- 2 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored and grated)
- 1 cup pitted prunes (quartered)
- 16 oz. sauerkraut (1 jar, rinsed and well drained)
- 16 oz. crimini mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. marjoram (ground)
- 1 Tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. caraway seeds
- 1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar (packed, optional)
