- 2 jalapeno peppers (stemmed, seeded and finely chopped)
- 3 oz. unsweetened chocolate (dark)
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- essence (Plenty of)
- 6 cloves chopped garlic (rough)
- 4 cups beef stock (good, brought to a simmer on the stove while you cook the rest.)
