Description
I got this recipe for these amazing buttery pancakes in my junior high cooking class and have been using it ever since. You can top them with whatever suits your fancy, but my favorite is just syrup and powdered sugar. Enjoy!
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/8 salt
- 3 Tbsp. butter

Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Melt butter in microwave (half for the batter and half for the pie plate)
- Mix the flour, milk, egg, and salt together until smooth . Mix in half of the melted butter.
- Add the other half of the melted butter to the pie plate and pour batter mixture into the middle. Bake for about 15 minutes or until pancake is puffy and golden brown.
