This recipe turned out great. For our house the only addition I'd make is a bit more hot sauce, we like our food spicy.

Excellent recipe everyone loved it went step by step and the finish product was superb I will definitely use this recipe again

Love it! The other fried chicken recipe I've tried is Panlasang Pinoy's Filipino-inspired "Party Fried Chicken" recipe, and that one is good enough, but this one is smoother and doesn't burn as easily due to the lack of bread crumbs, and it's quicker to make because it doesn't require marinating beforehand. I do wish they had specified an actual amount of chicken ("8 pieces" is not a standardized amount, I used 1.5 pounds boneless skinless breasts), and the amount of breading I made seemed like it was meant for a lot more. I saved a lot of that, so it should be possible to make this again soon.
