    not good. the proportions were off. A whole can of coconut milk was too much and 2 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar was too kych as well. There are much better recipes for this sauce.

    This is my go-to peanut sauce recipe! Perfect on noodles & a divine dipping sauce. I also love that it's a no-cooking recipe. That said, it is quite thick so I mix mine up in my ninja blender. Not too much but enough that it's well blended & smooth. I also add about 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice & a bit more soy sauce than the recipe calls for.
