- 2 red onions (cut in juliennes, yellow onions can be used too.)
- 2 green chillies (slit in half, optional adjust to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (minced)
- 1 tsp. zeera (cumin seeds)
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds (sauf - roasted and coarsely crushed.)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder

- 1 tsp. chilli powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp. amchur (dry mango powder)
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 1/4 tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
