Turned out great! Seasoned the turkey with a homemade Goya Adoba seasoning and added roasted corn in each tortilla. I also lined the pan with parchment paper for easier clean-up.

Delicious! I added sofrito, Sazon and oregano for my spices and was perfect!! I also used quesadilla cheese on top. Great dish and very simple!

Yummy. Good way to use ground turkey because it absorbs the flavors well. Sometimes ground turkey can alter the taste of dishes that use hamburger, but not this one. I might add some chopped onion to the meat next time.

Very good for so few ingrediants, love the simplicity of the recipie. I altered to use a pound of turkey, and a can of beans. Should have gotten more sauce too as it made 8 enchiladas instead of 5.

it was good but I need to use a echilada sauce that's not too hot next time! But the meat mixture was good!! I could of just made tacos with that lol😊

This is delicious! We subbed salsa verde for red enchilada sauce because we prefer it, but everything else was according to the recipe. It was easy to make and a big hit with my family
