- 3 cloves garlic (minced about 1 tablespoon)
- 1 Tbsp. ginger (minced grated or jarred)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch (stirred into ½ cup water)
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- sliced green onion (Optional: thinly, or cilantro for sprinkling)
