Unless you live at or below sea level (New Orleans residents might have better luck), do NOT waste your time or ingredients!! I wish I had read all the other comments about deflated results - these were ruined! Thankfully I hadn’t made the ganache it melted any white chocolate yet, but these were completely sunken and hollowed our (and the edges that rose above the wells of the pan were VERY, very crispy.) If you are higher elevation like me, stick to the cake and cupcake recipes featured in the “Pie in the Sky” cookbook, which tells you EXACTLY what to alter based on specific elevation you are at, and none of those recipes has EVER failed me. Guess I should have known better than to experiment with a new recipe for a special occasion. Gonna try to maybe crumble these over ice cream as they are fudge and tasty with a brownie-like consistency but appearance-wise they were a disaster.
