Made this for the in-laws using fresh shrimp, scallops, and salmon. Hubby, Keith, threw in tons of white wine, along with an Italian cheese blend. "Best they've ever had." Used this recipe too, "https://www.yummly.com/recipe/Seafood-Pasta-in-Lemon-Butter-Sauce-1520472". (The white wine and lemon juice/zest.)

this was amazing! i used about half the butter and olive oil it called for because i knew it would separate a lot once reheated. I also added some fake crab along with the scallops and shrimps. i will definitely be making this at least once a month

Amazing flavor! I wish that I could have figured out how to make it taste just a touch smoother. I also added about a tablespoon of diced, fresh basil leaves from my garden. Everyone loved it.
