I have used this recipe for the last two years! It is the best tasting meatloaf ever. I have made it with pork, veal, and beef one pound each. Tonight I’m going to make it with 2 lbs beef and 1 lb veal. You won’t be disappointed in trying this!

I consider myself a meatloaf snob and this by far, is one of the most flavorful and moist meat loaves I’ve ever had! My only suggestion is if you don’t want a really sweet glaze to cut the brown sugar by half.
