- 1 lb. cubed turkey (cooked and, or chicken, about 2 cups; you can use a rotisserie chicken if you don't have turkey leftovers.)
- 16 oz. salsa verde
- 10 oz. diced tomatoes and green chilies (with juice, Rotel)
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 30 oz. diced tomatoes with juice (fire-roasted)
- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
