    This was sooooo good! I would it the sugar down a smidge tho very sweet. But binded very well together. I added Choc chips and dried cranberries. Yum!

    We loved it. We used standard size loaf pan and we greased it really good. Came out perfect! The boys ate the entire loaf before it could even cool! It’s that good.

    Very nice! I substitute the flour with half oat and half wholewheat flour. Also only halved the sweetener, I used Lakanto instead. I would make again.

    I love this recipe! Extremely moist. I modified the amount of sugar by half. 1 cup made the bread sufficiently sweet for my taste, especially when sprinkling the top with chocolate chips.

    I made 4 mini loafs with this recipe and it turned out perfect. I didn’t have enough zucchini so I added carrots it was so very moist and very delicious. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
