    The recipe is “The Best Zucchini Bread ever “ Wanting to reduce calories but not flavor, I substituted 1 1/2 c of Stevia with 1/2 c sugar and equal amounts of applesauce for the oil. Turned out Awesome!! Very moist!!

    Not the best. I don’t know if it was my fault. It needed at least 20 minutes more cooking time and was still very mushy on the inside. Crispy on the outside. Tastes good though

    Made a double batch from garden zucchini given to us by a neighbor. FANTASTIC!. Easy to make also. I followed a suggestion from another recipe to place a sheet of parchment on the bottom of each loaf pan and spray with oil. I didn’t spray the sides, just the paper. After loosening the sides all four loaves popped out easily. My wife is very picky with zucchini bread and she LOVED it!

    Omg! This zuccini bread is amazing! Very moist and flavorfull. In my second batch I added dried cranberries for that extra touch. Turned out delicious!

    Very good! Doubled the recipe.
    definitely a favorite around my house! recipe is great! omitted walnuts due to allergy reasons and still turned out perfect!
