- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas (15 oz can drained very well)
- 1 cup quick oats
- 1 cup soy curls (OPTIONAL)
- 4 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 4 Tbsp. tapioca
- 2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp. onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. chili powder (or to taste)
- 1 tsp. beet root powder (OPTIONAL for color)
- 1/3 cup Italian parsley (chopped, or your favorite fresh herbs)
