- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt
- 3 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup dairy-free chocolate chips (semi-sweet, plus extra to put on top if desired)
- 3/4 cup almond butter (super creamy roasted, can sub sunbutter for nut-free, just make sure it is really smooth and you don't mind a sunbutter taste)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 unsulphured molasses (scant tablespoon, 20g regular, not blackstrap, I used Grandma's molasses)
- 2 Tbsp. water (or a tiny more if needed)
