- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 cup onion (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs

Directions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lightly spray the foil with cooking spray. In a large bowl combine ground turkey, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix together well using your hands. Shape the mixture into about 30 meatballs that are approximately 1 inch across. Lay each meatball on a baking sheet so that they are not touching.
- Step 2: Place into the oven and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until the meatballs are fully cooked (the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees).
