- 15 oz. black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 10 oz. frozen corn (no need to thaw it)
- 3 cups mexican blend cheese (shredded)
- 10 oz. red enchilada sauce
- 32 oz. frozen tater tots (you may not use them all)
