Directions
- Heat large pan on medium-low with oil. Meanwhile, crack eggs into a bowl or pour glass container. Season the eggs.
- When the oil starts to shimmer, bring the heat up to medium and melt the butter in the pan.
- As soon as the butter completely melts, gently pour the eggs into the pan and cover.
- Cook on heat for about 1 minute. Remove the eggs from the heat and let it continue to cook with the lid still on for an additional 1-5 minutes depending on how stiff you want your yolks.
