Hit the spot! Firm, so pan frying was very easy, dredged in corn meal and fried golden brown!

My wife, even though I do almost all the cooking, has been making these patties for me for over 50 years! But not often enough Please tell her to make them more often.

Unfortunately, recipe does not state what size can of salmon to use. I have 14.75 oz can, but there are also five and six ounce cans. Can't begin to make without specific can size, cups, or some other appropriate guideline.

Great! Good flavor and consistency. Nice mouth feel with the celery and onion.

This was easy to make and was very tasty but some patties crumbled when I turned them over in the frying pan. Next time I make them I’ll put less breadcrumbs or not drain the salmon so much so they aren’t so dry and maybe will not break apart.

Very tasty, doubled the egg so they would not fall apart.

Tried to adjust the recipe for a smaller serving size and it didn't come out very well which was probably my own doing. They were very wet so they wouldn't stay together very well. I ended up with a buttery salmon mix with bread crumbs in it.

Delicious! I’ve tried lots of recipes for salmon patties and this one is my families favourite. I used a little more butter when frying and a few tablespoons of the salmon juices to keep them nice and moist. I make a dill mayo to dip them in sometimes too. Perfect for a salmon burger😁

It was fantastic. I used leftover baked salmon also added a speck of cayenne. Easy quick delicious!
Tasted good but they fell apart. I think I should’ve left some of the juice in with the salmon
Very good I’d make it again went over well with the kids

Turned out great!! I used fresh salmon instead of canned. Just fried the salmon on the stove with salt and pepper and dill and let cool. I then threw everything into a food processor!!! Used Panko breadcrumbs too and yum!!
