Yummy! I made a few adjustments: I added fresh thyme instead of dried, dried Italian herbs, and chopped mushrooms, all of which I sautéed with the incredients the recipe called for to be sautéed. I I used a mix of 1 lb. ground chicken breast and 1.25 lbs. 93% lean ground beef. I didn’t have milk, so I used heavy cream that I keep on hand for my coffee. I added cheese on top in the last 5 mins. Awesome results!

The best Meatloaf ever! I did make my own sauce.
1/2c bbq sauce, .25 ketchup and .25 mustard.
Otherwise, this will be my monthly to go to meal!

Replace oats with breadcrumbs.
Cut onion and garlic very small and don’t have to sauté. It cooks with ground beef and actually is more flavorful.
Served with mashed potatoes and green beans and slaw.

This was way better than my Mom’s meatloaf. I liked how it was a little less dense than other meatloaf I have tried

very good flavor! Did not hold too well together, but it didn't matter. Still scrumptious.

The best meatloaf I've ever made. I didn't have catch up so I had to make the topping out of a can of Hunts tomato paste and I can of Hunts tomato sauce a fourth a cup of yellow mustard and a half a cup of brown sugar and a teaspoon of pepper. It was awesome!

Made 2016-10-30. Omitted the bell pepper. Replaced oats with bread crumbs -1 cup and let soak with 1 cup of milk. Added 1/4 envelope of dried onion soup mix. 2 lbs of pork/veal/beef mixture. 1/4 cup of ketchup, chopped parsley. Very good and will make again. This is my to go recipe from now on.
