Wow this was so much better than I expected. So incredibly soft and fluffy. The tip to whip the egg whites separately, absolutely worked. I will definitely be making this again.

Very good, however I did not bake it long enough (I used a smaller loaf pan). Would definitely bake again.

Pretty strong on egg. Fairly light and soft. Did not have stevia so used Swerve. Wouldn’t do that again. I’ll see what my keto son says.

I know it’s not as healthy or home made but having this after carbolishious bread is a let down

Really tasty I had it with a smear of butter. Tasted really good. We had it with the stevia and cremé of tartar.

I wouldn't be able to make it through this diet without having this amazing recipe! It's definitely not bread! But it's the healthier version of bread that I need right now to reach my goal of loosing weight.

Delicious! The best tasting and easiest Keto bread I’ve ever made. I added a tablespoon of Swerve, sprinkled a little Parmesan on top, anda 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar. It came out a beautiful golden brown and didn’t have an eggy taste.

it turned out great. didn't quite get 20 slices. my loaf came out a little small , but that could be to not having a food processor

SOOOO GOOD. I've been on the keto diet so its been a long while since i've had bread. This was delicious. I wish it had a little more flavor but nothing butter can't fix :)

I love this bread! It’s filling and tastes great with a tablespoon of non-added sugar almond butter. It’s not too tall so I cut a bigger piece and slice it in half. I recommend it.

I love this bread and am glad I watched the video on how to make it!!! 1 net carb per slice and I usually toast my slice before meal!! Delish!

Really like this bread, especially fresh from the oven or toasted. A satisfying substitute for bread, and good with butter, nut butters, cheese... whatever. Only caveat is that you'll probably want a nice fat slice like the one pictured — but that's about what you get with 10 slices, not 20, which will double your carbs.

I didn’t mind the eggy taste or smell. I used a bit of raw honey instead of stevia. I don’t know if it made any difference though. I only wanted to mention that 1/20 of the loaf is a VERY small slice. Therefore, people need to be mindful regarding calories that are pretty high in this bread.
I made it second time with some changes and it came out delicious with no eggy taste. I used 3 egg yolks and 6 egg whites instead of whole eggs. I used coconut oil instead of butter. Added 4 tablespoons of medium texture true gold milled flaxseed and 1 tea spoon of ground coriander. Used just a bit of honey instead of the sweetener. Before putting it in the oven, I sprinkled the top of the bread with a handful of coriander seeds.

Followed recipe to the "T", only thing I did different is have eggs at room temperature. no eggy taste, although it is kinda like cornbread but good nonetheless. Definitely a must in a Keto life!

Turned out great. I added 1tsp yeast to help with taste. Yes not exact bread match, but great alternative.
