- 1/4 cup lemon juice (from 1 ½ to 2 lemons, more to taste)

This hummus is fantastic and the tips as to how to make it smoother are right on. I sprinkled the top with sumac for the perfect finishing touch. I used a larger can of chickpeas so could have used a little more garlic and lemon but otherwise perfect
