Incredibly delicious. I subbed 1 cup raw organic cacao powder and increased the butter to 3/4 cups instead of 2/3 cup butter and 5oz chocolate, I melted them together just as instructed with the original ingredients. Also used pastry flour (less protein) and they are so fudgy!!!! Absolutely grease the pan and sprinkle flour, as they stuck to the parchment paper more then I imagined they would, but still a win just cause the flavor was so good! They were totally done in 35 minutes. Enjoy (yummmmmmm)

I had to bake it for another 20 min to have the inside cooked well enough, but that resulted in the top getting burned.. It tasted nice, but certainly not the best brownie I ate.

These are honestly, the very best brownies, I've ever had, much-less made! The inside in moist, and dense. While the outside is crunchy, and crackled. They're super chocolatey, without being too rich. This will be my go to brownie recipe from now on! NomNom people!

I made this batter and added medium sized marshmallows an a chocolate sauce on top,I call it smore brownies. It was Delicious the brownie part was moist and the marshmallows browned just enough.I recommend if you do this to let the batter go in the oven for about 10 minutes and then add marshmallows.
