Loved it. Didn’t have tomato sauce so I tossed in some Pace Picante sauce. Also threw in some leftover Pico. My cook time was more like 25 minutes?

I have tried Spanish rice several times and it never tasted good…. But this recipe turned out so good!!! Will defiantly make this again!!!!

this recipe is almost perfect! I used tomato paste because i didnt have diced tomatoes, added a packet of sazon and fresh minced garlic (i preferre fresh over powder). I will definitely make this again.

I used a can of fire roasted green chiles because I was pressed for time, but it was very tasty. I’ll make it again.

sooo good! made tomato sauce from diced tomatoes and added some sunset sweet peppers from the garden.
