This is a really good recipe for potato salad, but I think it is a touch too sweet. I made it a second time with slightly less than the full measure of sugar, and it was perfect. I think celery would be good in it, too, but it is fine without.

As name says, best potato salad ever. Instead of chopping potatoes, I threw it all in the mixer and whipped it up! Very yummy!
