Had to really adjust this recipe- wasn’t enough mushrooms at all! And why oh why is there no garlic?! I buttered the buns with garlic butter instead of regular butter, added garlic to the veggies when they were cooking, and used a stronger tasting cheese(old white cheddar). Definitely needed the adjustments to turn out as delicious as it did but was a good base recipe.
