  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (quality)
  • 1 cup grapes (seedless, sliced in half, red and green varieties are great)
  • 1 cup almonds (thinly sliced, optional)
  • 2 celery ribs (chopped)
  • 3 scallions (thinly sliced, white and green parts)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

    It's like crack, swear to God. You can eat it on bread, crackers, roof tile, it don't matter. It's just good. I'm making it the second time. First time was for my daughters baby shower. Everyone loved it!
