- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate (finely chopped, I use Baker's squares)
- 4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup oil (corn, canola, vegetable, or coconut)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups gluten free all purpose flour (gfJules, or Gluten Free Mama's Almond Flour Blend)
- 1/2 tsp. xanthan gum (omit if flour blend has xanthan in it already)
- 3/4 tsp. table salt
- 6 oz. chocolate chunks (bittersweet or semi-sweet, or chips)

I was happy to find a recipe, that is absolutely yummie. I added mint chocolate chips and used unsweetened bakers chocolate. Almond flour was what I had on hand. My almond flour was not a blend, added guar gum, they raised nicely and are gooey yummie good.
