it is a delicious way to eat fried "rice" without all the calories. I used just 1 T olive oil and 2 c riced cauliflower with the same amount of seasonings listed. this made enough for 2 people and is only 2 pts on weight watchers per person

Love this!! It has such a comforting, nutty flavor and you feel so good after eat it. It has become a staple for my husband and I.
