- 3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 1/3 cup oil

Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Add all dry ingredients first and mix. Then add eggs, milk and oil in and mix well. Lightly grease a 9×9 pan and pour batter in. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Presto! We have the best cornbread ever ready to gobble up.
