Delicious, moist, perfectly seasoned turkey all the way through! Perfect for leftover sandwiches. I used a boneless skinless turkey breast this year, as our gathering was small. Cooked it for 2 hours and it was awesome! The gravy I made with the drippings didn't need any salt.
