Description
My friend started making this for her 2 year old since she was worried that he wasn't getting enough good greens. I modified it to meet my caloric needs, and I find that this breakfast will power me all the way to lunch with no cravings or hunger. When I make it I use 1 1/2 cups greek yogurt so that I get a lot of protein. 30 oz shake is about 500 calories.
Ingredients

1 SERVINGS
- 1 1/2 cups non fat greek yogurt
- 2 cups kale (hard stems removed - thoroughly washed)
- 10 oz. juice (Green Plant, Trader Joe's makes a great one)
- 1 cup frozen mango

Directions
- Toss in a high speed blender. Stop once to scrape down the sides and blend until it is the consistency you like. Add more juice if it is too thick. Any fruit juice will work, orange is great with Mango, but I like the green plant juice because it has extra spinach powder and blueberry juice!
- Any frozen fruit will work. Banana and Strawberry are both good. Using Greek Style yogurt DOUBLES the protein.
