- 4 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 large onion (sliced into strips, yellow, white or red onion)
- 1 pkg. sliced mushrooms (about 1 cup)
- 2 bell peppers (cut into strips, use your favorite; green, yellow, red, orange)
- 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 hoagie rolls (Ciabata, French or Slider Rolls)
