It tastes good, but it might not need to be baked for 55 minutes. The outside was crisper than I usually prefer. It has a good flavor. I added a little splash of vanilla extract to the batter.

Easy for a quick cottage bread. Didn't have crisco so I used 1 1/2TBSP coconut oil and the remainder butter to equal the 1/4 cup. I also added 1TSP cinnamon. Turned out great - will add a little more cinnamon next time and maybe some chocolate chips for grandkids! I did grease/spray the pan for baking.
