    First time to bake bread, raising now, so easy, did 1/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat. Didn't need 2 1/2 cups water as it is humid here in Costa Rica. Next time will cut back to 2 cups. Can't wait to taste it, thanks to all reviews, as they helped, such as may need more time to rise because of ww flour!!!! 5⭐️
