I have baked bread for twenty years. This was one of the quickest, easiest, and best tasting breads I’ve ever made! Beautiful crust, lovely soft, tight crumb, wonderful flavor. Go to bread from now on!!

First time to bake bread, raising now, so easy, did 1/2 white, 1/2 whole wheat. Didn't need 2 1/2 cups water as it is humid here in Costa Rica. Next time will cut back to 2 cups. Can't wait to taste it, thanks to all reviews, as they helped, such as may need more time to rise because of ww flour!!!! 5⭐️
