It was good I taste and texture. I made it spicy with a Raita sauce on the side. The crispy crust together with the smooth inside was a really nice texture combination.
I followed the instructions except I put the baking powder in the flour and all the veggies right in the batter and let it sit for 30min before cooking. I made a tick single crepe out of it. Flipping the crepe without destroying it was kind of technical.

This recipe came out very well. The crepes were tender and delicious. You can be creative with the toppings.
