- 1/3 cup whole milk (can substitute regular coconut milk, not light)
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries (or other berries)
- whipped cream (see recipe below)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- liquid stevia (to taste)
