- 1/2 cup frozen berries (fresh or thawed, chopped or mashed)
- 1/4 banana (ripe, mashed about 2 tablespoons)
- 2 Tbsp. date paste (or other sweetener of choice)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds (I use the Hemp Hearts brand)
- 1/2 cup gluten-free rolled oats (or regular rolled oats)
- 1 1/2 cups almond milk (depending on how runny you like your oats, or other milk of choice)
