- medjool dates
- natural sweetener
- fresh raspberries (washed)
- fresh blueberries (washed)
- 2% milk (or whole, amount to taste, according to how thick or thin you want the consistency to be)
- bittersweet chocolate (– optional, amount to taste)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1/4 cup milk (whole or 2%, can substitute dairy-free milk, for soaking chia seeds)
- 3 seeds (Medjool dates, removed, this is your natural sweetener, amount to taste)
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (washed)
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries (washed)
- 1 1/2 cups milk (amount to taste according to how thick or thin you want the consistency to be)
- 1 tsp. bittersweet chocolate (shaved, optional, amount to taste)
