- 24 oz. cream cheese
- 9 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 tsp. orange extract
- 1 1/2 cups berries (black)
- canola oil
- powdered sugar

Directions
- Beat softened cream cheese, sugar and extract until smooth
- Pace 1tsp cream cheese mix into each round. Folding moistened edges together until cream mix is gone.
- Combine berries and sugar in small sauce pan and simmer for ten to fifteen minutes.
- Heat oil in heavy pan to 375° In batches, fry dumplings for 45-60 seconds. Drain on paper towel.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve with berry sauce or drizzle it over top
